1. How do I donate my pre-loved books?

We have two options for donation: Book drop-off or Book Collection.

Option 1: Book Drop Off

Option 2:  Collection by reBooked

For larger quantities (approximately 50 books or more), please contact us and we will arrange a man with a van to collect the books directly from your home.  

2. How do I arrange a book collection?


Please gather together your books to donate in a box/recyclable bag and contact us to arrange for collection.

  • Where you live/ where you want us to collect the books

  • The approximate number of books 

3. How will you collect the books from me?


After you get in touch with us, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of the collection date and time.  

4. What kind of books do you accept?


We accept English language children’s books suitable for children aged 0 to 15 years old.

We ask that books donated be without:

  • Excessive mold or stains

  • Ripped or missing pages

  • Broken bindings

  • Excessive writing or highlighting in the text


5. Will I get anything in return for donating books?


We bring all donated books to our sorting facility where our book reviewers carefully determine which books can be sold, donated, or recycled. 

For every donation of a  full-sized, good condition (or better) book you will receive a HK$1 store credit which can be used to purchase books in our online bookshop.

For every 3 small books, you will receive a HK$1 store credit which can be used to purchase books in our online bookshop.

We will notify you of your credits after sorting the books in your donation. 





1. I am interested in buying a book from your online shop.  What should I do next?


Please purchase the book(s) online and we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase.


2. What is the condition of the books you see in your online shop?


We review the condition of each book to ensure it is readable and resellable. Book conditions include:

"New" - Brand new copy or the quality you would find (and buy) in a bookstore

"Like New" - Very well-cared-for books

"Very Good"- Well-cared-for books with slight signs of use on cover or pages

"Good" - Signs of use and/ discoloration of page edges

What payment methods do you accept?


We currently have 2 payment options:

  • PayMe (Tel: 6349 5025)

  • HSBC transfer (we will send you our bank account details when your purchase is confirmed)




1. What are your shipment options for books that I want to buy?


You have 3 options:

  • Hong Kong Post (charges calculated upon check-out)

  • SF Express (postage charges to be borne by you)

  • Collect at reBooked shop at 1/F, No.9 Mee Lun Street (no additional cost)

2. How long will it take for me to receive my books after I have placed an order?

Depending on the shipment option you have selected: 

  • Hong Kong Post - about 3 to 4 working days

  • SF Express - about 2 to 3 working days

  • Collect at reBooked shop - 24 hours after purchase online



Do you accept returns and refunds if I am not satisfied with my purchase?


We apologize that we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, and exchanges of any purchased books.
